# NFT Royalties

Great news for Squatch NFT investors! There are **no secondary royalties** from the resale of minted Squatch NFTs on the OpenSea Marketplace!

Why not, you might ask, what about consideration for the artist? Rest assured, the Squatch NFT Artist is fairly compensated with the royalties from the initial mint, so NFT investors never have to worry about losing a share of the sale to the Squatch NFT creators (although reselling on OpenSea will incur an OpeaSea trading fee).
